Working Hard On Your Orders

I'm still making and posting and working hard on shipping your orders, here at Claire Hill Designs.

Everything is just made by me at my home studio in Cardiff so I'm working and following government advice.

*Every order is always shipped first class or International Standard and will fit straight through your letterbox.

*Turnaround is 1-2 business days to get your order in the post, using the postbox at the end of my street.

*Please note there is no tracking on either of these options and due to the current circumstances the postal services are running their operations with delays which are out of my control.

Gifts can be send direct and I'm always happy to add a note to a loved one. You can also upgrade to gift wrapping with a handwritten card.
*To help me as a small business at this time please ensure you have entered the correct postal address and the correct items when purchasing.

*If at any point you need to return an item please get in touch so we can work out the safest way to do that.
