Claire will be in the studio shipping every day so you order should be processed within a few days and sent out either First Class or Special Delivery depending on the postage you choose at checkout.

Royal Mail can be slower with delivery during these busy periods.

I will be open Monday - Friday, 10-2pm (some days I will be there later please message claire@clairehilldesigns.co.uk if you want to come in at a different time).

All the offers are available then and you can also choose extra gifts included my hand-picked selection of candles and chocolate.

All of our jewellery is shown on models and individual dimensions are shown above.

We use the US sizing for all of our rings and you can find out how to measure our rings, order the free ring size or compare US to UK sizes here

Our small huggie hoops are made to hug the ear but all ears and piercing placement are individual. Please use the internal dimensions as your guide for fit or email claire@clairehilldesigns.co.uk for further advice.

Bought the wrong item or sizing not correct? You have 60 days to exchange your jewellery (excluding earrings).

Want to return?
If you change your mind within 60 days of purchase, we'll offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.

Earrings are not refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Please email claire@clairehilldesigns.co.uk to organise a return/exchange.

All of your jewellery is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Any items that suffer a manufacturing default will be replaced/fixed free of charge. If we no longer stock that style alternative jewellery/gift voucher will be issued.

This does not include

• Breaking chains (they won't "fall apart", it is always obvious to me when it has been pulled and snapped).
• Accidental wear and tear - including scratches to gemstones.
• Lost or stolen items.
