Sustainability

Designed in Wales the jewellery is ethically handmade with recycled long-lasting precious metals.

Every single piece is made with 100% recycled Sterling Silver and nearly 60% of the range is made with recycled gold plating.

All of our jewellery is plated with 2.5 microns as we believe in putting quality and longevity for customer’s jewellery above all else.

Gold Vermeil

For jewellery that lasts we plate with 2.5 microns of gold over recycled sterling silver. Five times thicker than normal gold plate.

Recycled Silver

We only use recycled precious materials as you deserve jewellery that feels good and is better for the planet

Gemstones

We use either ethically sourced gemstones or lab-grown ones so you can feel good about your shine.

Minimum Order

Payment Terms

If this is your first order payment is proforma required upfront before dispatch. 

Returning wholesale customers will be required to pay within 30 days of order dispatch. 

Late payment fees will be added after 30 days. 

If you would like longer payment terms please use my wholesale platforms - and I would appreciate it if you use my links to order to reduce extra costs for me.

Carriage & Time Scales

Carriage

Carriage is paid on orders over £300. All orders will be sent out First Class Signed For/equivalent depending on weight.


Lead Time 

Depending on stock levels our general lead time is 2 days. If an order needs to be placed with the factories I work with it can be around 6 weeks as jewellery is all handmade to order. At point of order I will confirm lead time and any delays. 
Packaging & POS

Packaging 

All jewellery comes packaged in a 100% recyclable branded box which should also be used for customer packaging at point of purchase. 

Our soft jewellery pouch is also included which is made from recycled plastic bottles.

Display

We have display cards available and information about the brand and products on request. 

We are currently designing POS stands which will be available to buy soon or will be offered as a free gift with orders over a certain number.

Online selling & website descriptions

Online Selling 

Please discuss with for Claire for approval  if you are planning to sell this jewellery online in your shops. Product descriptions from either this wholesale website, the main Claire Hill Designs website and other Claire Hill Designs online shops cannot be duplicated for use in your store as it affects SEO. Wholesale customers are not permitted to sell Claire Hill Designs products on marketplaces or platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay and similar sites.

I have high quality images both product and models which can be used on social media, 
but kindly request we are tagged as @clairehilldesigns on Instagram if they are used.
VAT

VAT 

Claire Hill Designs is VAT registered.

VAT number is 349048678. 

Our prices on Faire, Ankorstore, Creoate show the pricing exclusive of VAT and it is added at checkout.
Returns & Damages

Claire Hill Designs makes every effort to give you the best products and service and I hope you will be completely satisfied with your order. Please contact Claire direct if there are any damages that are manufacturing faults. 

Please let customers know that some of the necklace chains are delicate and can snap if they are pulled or tugged. This is not covered in our warranty. 

We do not work on a SOR basis and cannot accept returns that are due to a change of mind.
Whitelisting & Crediting

We do not offer whitelisting and all jewellery sold to stockists must be sold as Claire Hill Designs jewellery and labelled as such.
