Why Choose Demi Fine Jewellery?

All You Need To Know

If you want to create a modern timeless jewellery collection that you can wear always and buy for yourself without breaking the bank, then it's time to look at demi-fine. This is a way of bridging the gap between high street fashion jewellery and fine jewellery like solid gold.

Demi-fine jewellery has a premium base of silver on every piece and the gold is finished with a plating called gold vermeil.

Mix metals and styles, break the rules and don't save for best, this is jewellery to take on all your adventures.

A Better Base Of
recycled silver

Every single piece of jewellery is made with a solid base of 100% recycled silver. No copper or brass here. This more sustainable option is the premium choice for jewellery that is a better option for you, and the planet.

The refiner is on the LBMA's (London Bullion Market Association) Good Delivery List and is also a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).

Choose Luxury
Gold Vermeil

Gold Vermeil (pronounced ver’may) is a way of having a premium, long-lasting finish at an affordable price tag. We use 2.5microns of 14k gold plating over a base of 100% solid recycled silver in every single gold piece. That’s five times thicker than the normal gold-plate you see on the high street meaning your jewellery is going to last longer and won’t tarnish or fade in a month or two. To ensure these are pieces you will wear forever, I offer a re-plating service if you need it in the future.

Ethically Sourced
Gemstones

I use a range of mined gemstones in the collections which are ethically sourced by factories who have longstanding relationships in the field.

There is also a range of lab-grown stones that are used in pieces including opals and CZ (cubic zirconia). And I will be bringing out my first range of lab-grown diamonds this year.
