Spending your hard-earned points is easy. Simply apply your points for a discount at checkout.

Don't want to buy? Don't want your points to go to waste? Don't worry, let's get you some feel good karma.

You can gift your points to a friend, a stranger in a random act of kindness or we will donate the value to Welsh youth homeless charity Llaumu.

From signing in and collecting your points to spending them and even sharing them with others discover how you can be part of CHD loyalty scheme.

How do I sign in & see points?

Log in via the sign in sections this page or the person icon at the top right hand corner of the website.

If you have not logged in before or created your account you will be asked for the email you place orders with and a password.

You will also see a breakdown of how many points you have to spend in your reward section of your account page.

You can also helpfully see all the current and past orders.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points for every order. Your tier level will determine how many points you get per £1.

Insider - 1 point
Silver - 2 points
Gold - 3 points
Diamond - 5 points

You can also earn points by signing up to the newsletter, following us on social media, leaving a Google review or recycling your old silver.

When you log in you will see the links to earn your points.
How do I claim my voucher?

You get a £5 gift voucher every 250 points and you can withdraw your points in bulk if you would like.

Sign into your account and click the redeem button and then add in your discount code at checkout.
How do I recycle my silver for points?

All of our jewellery is made from recycled silver so you know we believe in the power of recreating beautiful jewellery with this previous metal.

Email claire@clairehilldesigns.co.uk to organise sending your real silver and I will reward you with a £15 gift voucher or 750 points.

How do you tiers work?

Depending on how much you spend during the year you will move into the next tier and level up your benefits.

Will my points expire?

All points expire after a year so don't leave them sitting unused.

How do I gift my points to charity or a stranger?

Random acts of kindness brighten up everyone's day and make the world feel a little bit better. So if you don't want to spend your points yourself email me, claire@clairehilldesigns.co.uk and you can pass it onto a friend, a random stranger or I can donate the money to Llamau the youth homeless charity.
