ABOUT 14K GOLD VERMEIL

Our gold vermeil jewellery is made with 14k solid gold (2.5 microns in every piece) layered on top of recycled 925 sterling silver. The finish is five times thicker than average gold plating, making your jewellery more durable and long-lasting.

After that, we are offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, meaning your jewellery is ready to wear on repeat for years to come. 

Replating

Our vermeil plating is 2.5 microns, which means it is 5 times thicker than normal gold-plated jewellery. Making it waterproof and less likely to tarnish, but if you notice your jewellery losing colour over time we can replate for you for free.

Repairing 

Where possible we will repair your jewellery and send it back to you like new. Our warranty covers manufacturing faults but not human error like chain snapping, but we are still happy to try to fix or replace broken pieces for a small fee.

If the jewellery is not fixable and you’re still within your warranty, we can offer another piece of the same value or a voucher.

60 DAY UK RETURNS If you change your mind within 60 days of purchase, we'll refund the card used in the original sales transaction. A £2 return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
