We want you to feel confident wearing your jewellery daily, year after year, which is why we only use high quality precious metals and offer a 2-year warranty that covers every piece free of charge.

After that, we are offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, meaning your jewellery is ready to wear on repeat for years to come.
Replating
Our vermeil plating is 2.5 microns, which means it is 5 times thicker than normal gold-plated jewellery. Making it waterproof and less likely to tarnish, but if you notice your jewellery losing colour over time we can replate for you for free.
Repairing
Where possible we will repair your jewellery and send it back to you like new. Our warranty covers manufacturing faults but not human error like chain snapping, but we are still happy to try to fix or replace broken pieces for a small fee.
If the jewellery is not fixable and you’re still within your warranty, we can offer another piece of the same value or a voucher.

What a beautiful necklace, so dainty and elegant!
The ruby stones add a great wee touch of colour to it. I particularly like its inspiration from nature and the organic shapes, making it extra special!
I am really pleased with my blue gemstone necklace , it is weighty and a good size… and have had compliments every time I wear it.
The only slight disappointment is the chain at its longest is not quite long enough for me to double layer.
Hi so pleased you like the necklace and get so many compliments. Chain wise that one is 18inches but if you ever need longer please let me know and I can try and source a longer chain.

Love this pendant. I have been wearing it now for 2 weeks and only marked it down a star because it turns the wrong way round - a little hanger on the pendant would fix this so that the chain does not go through at an angle. I would still buy it but feel it would be even better with this small change.

These earrings are a lovely size and weight. Particularly impressed that the emeralds are a really good colour, and reasonably clear. Also like that that you can wear the hoops alone, or with other charms.
