About 18k Gold Vermeil

18K RECYCLED GOLD VERMEIL

This gold vermeil jewellery is made with 18k recycled solid gold (2.5 microns in every piece) layered on top of recycled 925 sterling silver. The finish is five times thicker than average gold plating, making your jewellery more durable, sustainable and long-lasting.

2 Year Warranty

We want you to feel confident wearing your jewellery daily, year after year, which is why we only use high quality precious metals and offer a 2-year warranty that covers every piece free of charge.

After that, we are offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, meaning your jewellery is ready to wear on repeat for years to come.

Replating

Our vermeil plating is 2.5 microns, which means it is 5 times thicker than normal gold-plated jewellery. Making it waterproof and less likely to tarnish, but if you notice your jewellery losing colour over time we can replate for you for free.

Repairing

Where possible we will repair your jewellery and send it back to you like new. Our warranty covers manufacturing faults but not human error like chain snapping, but we are still happy to try to fix or replace broken pieces for a small fee.

If the jewellery is not fixable and you’re still within your warranty, we can offer another piece of the same value or a voucher.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I find the right size?

All of our jewellery is shown on models and individual dimensions are shown above.

We use the US sizing for all of our rings and you can find out how to measure our rings, order the free ring size or compare US to UK sizes here

Our small huggie hoops are made to hug the ear but all ears and piercing placement are individual. Please use the internal dimensions as your guide for fit or email claire@clairehilldesigns.co.uk for further advice.

How long until my jewellery arrives?

Orders are shipped daily Mon-Fri from the Cardiff studio.

As standard orders are sent out 1st Class so you can generally expect your orders within a few days of payment.

For express orders please use our Next Day Guaranteed shipping option at checkout (this is valid Mon-Fri and for orders placed by 12pm)

Can I return or exchange it if it's not right?

Bought the wrong item or sizing not correct? You have 60 days to exchange your jewellery (excluding earrings).

Want to return?
