    Can I return it or exchange it if it's not right?

    We happily accept 60 Day returns and exchanges on all jewellery except earrings.

    All exchanges are free of charge and refunds are charged return postage

    How quick can I get the gift?

    If you order before 12 on a weekday your order will generally be sent out same day.

    Our free shipping is 48hrs, but there are options for Tracked 24 and Next Day Guaranteed at checkout.

    You can also come and pick up your order at our Cardiff studio

    Can you gift wrap it for me?

    Of course, and we can add a hand written note for your loved ones. Leave a message at checkout or email claire@clairehilldesigns.co.uk and we will sort out the rest.

    Can you hide the price?

    All our packages are sent in unbranded boxes and come with no pricing included so you can send direct to your loved ones.

    Is there a 2-year warranty

    Yes all the jewellery is covered by a warranty for manufacturing faults - please note this does not include chain breakage.

    If your jewellery needs replating in the future this is also complimentary.
