We want you to feel confident wearing your jewellery daily, year after year, which is why we only use high quality precious metals and offer a 2-year warranty that covers every piece free of charge.

After that, we are offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, meaning your jewellery is ready to wear on repeat for years to come.
Replating
Our vermeil plating is 2.5 microns, which means it is 5 times thicker than normal gold-plated jewellery. Making it waterproof and less likely to tarnish, but if you notice your jewellery losing colour over time we can replate for you for free.
Repairing
Where possible we will repair your jewellery and send it back to you like new. Our warranty covers manufacturing faults but not human error like chain snapping, but we are still happy to try to fix or replace broken pieces for a small fee.
If the jewellery is not fixable and you’re still within your warranty, we can offer another piece of the same value or a voucher.

The earrings are quite small but I just keep mine in all the time. For those with more holes, more would be good!

I’ve bought a few different Huggies from Claire. The coloured enamel ones are a firm favourite. I bought a single pink hoop to wear in a helix piercing.

These are a perfect ‘huggie’ earring with a real pop of colour. I have them in turquoise, too. The colours compliment each other when worn together, I’ve got both on one lobe & love them.
